Meet the founder

Hi. I’m Harriet. It’s good to meet you.

A bit about me: I have worked in the legal profession for over 20 years. I started as a paralegal in a high street law firm, and after qualifying in 2007 as a solicitor worked my way up to Legal Director in a national full service practice.

In 2019, I made the move into Learning & Development, motivated by the wish to make working life more fulfilling in the legal sector. Most recently designing and delivering an award winning leadership programme.

If you make the decision to work with me, you will be working with someone who really does understand the pressure, pace and expectations placed on leaders, particularly those in professional services - promoted for technical excellence and then expected to excel in business development, people management and strategic planning.

I also understand the challenges faced by the people function in a law firm environment, not least the need to deliver effective training while taking up as little chargeable time as practically possible. So you can be reassured that when we work together this is at the forefront of what we do.
